What distinguishes my work is the combination of scholarly depth and grassroots credibility: I can write a white paper that meets academic standards and facilitate a neighborhood meeting where residents feel heard, produce a short film that moves a funder and design a workshop that equips community organizers. I create short documentary films, promotional reels, social media content strategy, and video interviews that translate complex climate work into compelling public narratives. I manage the full production cycle end-to-end: concept development, research, scriptwriting, interviewing, filming, editing, and final delivery using Canva, iMovie, and Final Cut Pro. Recent work includes a documentary interview series, promotional reels for a citywide climate teach-in, and a resident-centered social media campaign for the City of Ann Arbor's A2ZERO carbon neutrality initiative.

Current work includes resident engagement for solarization and district geothermal initiatives in Ann Arbor, building on a decade of grassroots organizing with environmental justice communities in New York City.

‍4. Workshop Design & Facilitation

Custom-designed workshops, seminars, and convenings on climate justice, community resilience, clean energy literacy, and environmental ethics. I design for participation, not presentation — every session is built around active engagement, critical dialogue, and practical application. I've facilitated for audiences ranging from K-12 students to municipal officials to national interfaith networks, and I tailor content to the knowledge level, cultural context, and strategic goals of each group.

Specialized consulting at the intersection of faith and climate action — an area where very few practitioners can operate with both scholarly depth and organizing experience. Faith communities hold deep community trust, significant physical infrastructure, intergenerational networks of care, and moral traditions that speak directly to ecological responsibility and collective resilience. I help faith-based organizations develop climate programming, resilience planning, and ecological justice curricula rooted in their own traditions — because climate engagement that speaks in a community's own moral language is climate engagement that lasts.

‍ ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Single Deliverable — One white paper, short film, or engagement strategy document. Project-based quote.

Workshop / Facilitation — Half-day or full-day session, custom-designed. $1,500 – $3,000/day.

Retainer — Ongoing support, 10–20 hrs/month: content production, research, strategy advising. $2,500 – $5,000/month.

Speaking — Keynote or panel on climate justice, community resilience, faith and ecology, anticipatory futures. $1,000 – $2,500.

Rates are flexible for grassroots organizations, early-stage nonprofits, and faith communities with limited budgets.
